About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing well over 3000 push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health. Our chosen beneficiaries will be our local headspace Murray Bridge!

Supporting headspace Murray Bridge
At headspace Murray Bridge we support young people aged 12-25 years in the local community. We provide mental health services, work and study support, physical health/ sexual health and access to alcohol and drug support services. With your donation we can support more young people and their families. Every contribution counts and together we can support more young people to grow and build on their potential.
