About My Challenge
This June, I'm stepping way outside my comfort zone to tackle the Push-Up Challenge – a staggering 3,214 push-ups! For someone who doesn't exactly embrace exercise, this is a significant commitment.
But this challenge isn't just about physical endurance; it's deeply connected to my heart. The challenge culminates on a very special day – my daughter Ezaria's birthday.
More profoundly, the 3,214 push-ups represent the heartbreaking number of Australians who lost their lives to mental health challenges in 2023. Tragically, my beautiful Ezaria was one of them.
We face a critical issue in Australia, and far too often, our systems fail those grappling with mental health. My hope is that by undertaking this challenge, I can spark conversations among my friends and family, raising awareness and fostering a greater understanding of mental health. If even one conversation is ignited, then every single push-up will be worth it.
Please support me as I push my limits, both physically and emotionally, in honor of Ezaria and all those affected by mental health. Wish me strength – I'm going to need it!"

Supporting headspace Gosford
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
