About My Challenge
Apparently I never learn… because this is my 5th year taking on this challenge.
This year, I’m completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to support mental health in Australia.
I keep coming back to this because the cause actually matters. 3,307 represents the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024, and that’s something that shouldn’t be ignored.
I’m raising funds for Lifeline, a service that provides 24/7 crisis support and plays a vital role for people doing it tough.
So for the next 24 days, I’ll be pushing through sore arms and excuses… all to raise awareness and funds for mental health services.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.

That’s why we are available 24 hours a day to listen without judgement to anyone in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or experiencing a crisis. Each year, Lifeline receives over 1.3 million contacts to our crisis support services.
