Everyone we meet is carrying challenges we may not see—stress, loss, or personal struggles. A simple act of kindness, like a smile or a kind word, can make a profound difference.
Having lost so many close people in my life, and the pain of watching the closest men in my life go through this alone, I continue to find ways to raise awareness around mental health. By joining this challenge, I hope to raise funds to go towards much needed support for those struggling silently. Kindness creates connection and reminds others they’re not alone. It costs nothing but can mean everything to someone quietly battling their hardships. Be patient, be kind—you never know the impact you might have.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
