This June, the Max Life Care team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, knocking out push-ups between 3–26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
As an NDIS provider supporting people across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney, we see every day how much mental wellbeing matters — for the people we support, our staff, and our wider community. That’s why we’re getting behind this cause.

Supporting Lifeline Newcastle & Hunter NSW
Lifeline Hunter is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Hunter to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
