About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Last year I completed the challenge and raised around $1000 for the local Headspace team in the Northern Beaches. Hoping to push for a bit more this year.

Supporting headspace Brookvale
headspace Brookvale is located on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, NSW. Were participating in The Push-Up Challenge to raise much needed funds that we will put towards projects that engage local young people in promoting awareness and reducing the stigma around mental health.
