About My Challenge
Why I’m Doing the Push-Up Challenge
I’m taking on the Push-Up Challenge this month because mental health matters—now more than ever. Too many people are struggling in silence, and I want to be part of the movement to change that.
By doing 3,214 push-ups, I’m not just challenging myself physically—I'm standing up for those who may be fighting battles we can’t see. Each push-up represents someone affected by mental health challenges, and I hope this effort can help raise awareness and fund vital support services.
This cause is close to my heart, and I believe we all have a role to play in supporting mental health. Whether through small conversations, donations, or simply showing up—we can make a difference together.
Thanks for being part of this journey with me 💙
