About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
We lost our Niece to Suicide in November 2022 which has greatly affected me personally as well as all her family and friends and anyone who knew her. If you can help me to raise money by doing this challenge and prevent some other family from losing a loved one than I will be most grateful.

We are committed to preventing suicide, supporting people in crisis, and promoting good mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Every year, we answer more than 36,000 calls from people experiencing crisis. Our dedicated team of Crisis Supporters are here to listen and offer support and, where appropriate, refer people to other services that can help.
