The last recorded year of data showed that 3,214 people tragically lost thier battles with mental illness and depression in Australia. So I'm completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for this great cause.
This hits close to my family and my friends as I'm sure it sadly does with most of you in some form.
