About My Challenge

I've had a pretty rollercoaster mental health journey over the past 5-6 years. I personally don't have an issue talking about it, but I know it can be a sensitive topic and a lot of people may choose to be silent for fear of being judged or dismissed.

I can't recommend enough reaching out to friends or family if you're struggling with mental health. Also consider getting a mental health care plan from a GP and then looking into getting a therapist. Finding a therapist you gel with can be a little hard, but once you find one it can be so beneficial to deep dive into what's making you tick.
