I'm Pushing for My Brother!
Why I’m Pushing
This month, I’m doing 1,380 push-ups for mental health.
For my brother and friend Will — who I held through some of his darkest days. I saw the weight of the world nearly break him. But with love and support, he’s still here. Still fighting.
And for my beautiful friend Weezy — who didn’t have that same support, and isn’t here anymore. I carry that heartbreak with me, every single day.
Mental illness is real. It’s silent. And it’s deadly.
So I’m pushing for those still struggling in the dark. For those who didn’t make it. For the friends and families who never knew what to say. And for the hope that no one ever has to feel alone again.
Every push-up is for someone.
Please donate or share if this hits home.
Let’s push for better — together.
Because feeling the pain means we’re finally facing it.
And silence? Hurts more.
Dedicated to: Will (my brother, my best friend) & Weezy
Supporting Lifeline

Lifeline exists to ensure no person in Australia has to face their toughest moments alone.
Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
Thank you for supporting Lifeline. Your fundraising is helping to save lives.
