About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
As athletes, we know how important movement is for our physical and mental wellbeing. We also understand the mental toll that training, competition, setbacks, and the pressures of everyday life can take. That's why we're proud to be supporting this important cause and helping to start conversations around mental health.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
