In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Every day, we are there for those in crisis - helping people stay safe and supporting them to live connected, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
Together, with the Push-Up Challenge and your support, we are raising vital awareness of mental health, the impact of suicide in our community and the supports available.
