About Our Challenge - Lifeline Queensland
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Every dollar helps to raise funds for Lifeline Queensland and its essential services including the 13 11 14 crisis support and suicide prevention helpline.

Every day, people across Queensland reach out to Lifeline in their hardest moments. By taking part in the Challenge, you are helping raise awareness of mental health and suicide, and supporting an organisation that is there for people 24/7, when it matters most.
Whether you are doing push‑ups, cheering others on or sharing the message, every action helps support the work of Lifeline Queensland and reminds people that help is always available and no one has to face things alone.
