About Our Challenge
Our family is taking on the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health and suicide prevention — a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts.
Mental health is something that has touched our lives personally. I’ve experienced some of the darkest depths of depression and have faced my own battles with suicidal thoughts. We have also experienced the heartbreak of losing a friend to suicide, a loss that will never be forgotten.
What started as a personal challenge has now become a family mission. My husband, children, and I have joined together as a team to complete 3,300 push-ups in 24 days. We want our kids to learn the importance of supporting others, talking openly about mental health, and showing compassion for people who may be struggling.
Every push-up represents a conversation, a life, a family, and a reminder that nobody should have to face their battles alone.
By participating, we’re not only challenging ourselves physically but helping raise awareness for a cause that impacts so many people. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps support mental health initiatives and suicide prevention programs that can change — and save — lives.
