About My Challenge
There's no black and white when it comes to mental health. We all sit on a scale of mental fitness that changes from day to day based on how we feel about ourselves and how we relate to our environment. I like to think that when the scale tips into the red that we as a society are there to catch each other when we fall, and that when the lights are dim we can be led back to those that lift us up.
I'm dedicating my challenge to my little brother Liam, gone far too soon. May none know his suffering, may all know the love we bear him.

Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

My Push-Up Progress
Part of Team Get Pushed
I’m always proud of the family we grew up in, the love and support we all gave each other and still do to this day. Sometimes it just isn’t enough, and I can only dream that financial support will help our country’s mental health system and that we reduce the death and destruction suicide causes for all touched by it. I’m proud of you Kier, you can carry Killian and much more I’ve seen it first hand how strong you are xx
