About My Challenge

Over the last few years, I’ve realised just how important mental health really is, yes for men but everyone as a whole and a community.

A lot of people carry things silently, put on a brave face, and keep pushing without ever properly talking about what’s going on.

That’s why I’m getting behind the Push for Better challenge.

Not because I have all the answers, but because I genuinely believe these conversations matter more than we let on.

I’ve seen in my own life how easy it is to bottle things up, stay distracted, or convince yourself you’ll deal with it later.

The reality is that speaking up, checking in on your mates, and creating space for honest conversations can make a bigger difference than people realise.

If this challenge gets even one more person talking, reaching out, or feeling less alone, then it’s worth it.

So my goal over the course of 24 days in June will be to complete 3307 Push-ups to assist in raising awareness and funds for mental health in Australia

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
