Kaylah Tyson

I'm completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Suicide is the leading cause of death for Indigenous Australians aged 15-44 and this community dies by suicide at more than twice the rate of non-Indigenous Australians.

LGBTIQA+ adults are 5x more likely to attempt suicide than the general population whilst LGBTIQA+ youth are up to 12x more likely.

I am apart of both of these communities and understand the factors that contribute to mental health struggles so I am doing this challenge as a tribute to those we’ve lost.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
