I'm completing 1,607 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Recently we lost my Uncle Paul. His passing has left a space in my families lives that can never be filled. As someone who personally battles anxiety and depression, I know how overwhelming and isolating mental health struggles can be.
That’s why I’ve decided to raise funds in his honor to support mental health awareness, treatment access, and to help break the stigma that surrounds these invisible battles. Far too many people are suffering in silence.

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
