Kaiser Champions: About Our Challenge
This June, Kaiser House is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Southport
headspace Southport, located on Yugambeh land, is a free mental health service that supports young people aged 12 - 25. At our centre, young people can access free and confidential mental health support, non-judgemental support around drugs or alcohol, access a free GP, and get practical support with work and study. Donations made to headspace Southport will support our Groups programs, which helps young people learn new skills, understand themselves, connect with like-minded people, feel supported and have fun!
