I turned 36 and used this as a goal
I took part in this challenge as I'm going through something personal.
I like to give back but also to challenge myself. I did this for fun and would like to surprise those who know me and hopefully motivate people to get in better physical and mental health. I did not ask for money through out these 23 days. I would like to continue this and happy for those who would like a shout out as they are going through something first and foremost. Then to eaise money. I have set no target, although if $5,000 Austrailian dollars $ are raised. I will shave my beard for the first time in over a decade. You can participate if you like either for a good cause or to see my face naked 🤪 your choice.
$10 gets 5 push ups of your choice
$20 gets 10
$100 gets 10 and so on.
Upto any variation of any 10 push ups for £10 GBP/$20 AUD
Tell someone you love them before the end of June that needs to hear it. Give someone a hug. Feed someone who may need it. We all need help, sometimes.
