About My Challenge
Hi everyone.
I am a psychiatrist who promotes wellbeing, wellness, sports, good nutrition, equality and personal success, in my patients and myself.
I learnt about Push-Up Challenge initiative from my patients at our ADHD-BED Integrated clinics. I think it is a great opportunity for all to unite in that journey for optimal personal best and to make a change on various levels, to us, as a community.
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for HEADSPACE in Australia.
As a junior doctor, I worked in the second ever Headspace centre in Australia ( Frankston), back in 2007. I am grateful to my director at the time ( Peninsula Mental Health) for an opportunity to learn about Headspace It is a very special place for everyone. It is now - a very well-present chain of mental health services in Australia. Check it out and find your local office. You will be always welcome there.
I am not very active on social media ... but maybe this is a good reason to become active!
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter promote better mental health resources for Australian community.
Let's do it together!

Supporting headspace Frankston
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

Awesome work Dr Julie Wehbe! This is a great initiative to raise awareness for physical and mental health. Delivering tailored support for headspace is important in maintaining wellbeing and connection for those in need.
