My goals through this challenge
I'm will be completing 3,307 push-ups at a minimum but will be pushing for 5000 in 24 days to advocate my support for the awareness of mental health, both men and women within Australia.
I hope to raise $2000 to be able to support this cause, allowing people struggling with mental health to seek help without worry of their financial situation and to remove some burden off of individuals that sacrifice necessities in order to afford the costs that come with getting help with whatever it may be that they are experiencing.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Even if it’s only $1 every cent counts. Please do not feel as though you have to donate, instead you can support me by sharing this to friends and family and always check in with anyone in your life if you notice they are changing there usual pattern of behaviour or removing themselves from their usual routine.
The best way to approach them is to simply start by saying things such as “Hey Ive noticed you’re not telling me about your day after work anymore, if anything’s going on, whenever you’re ready, I’m happy to listen”
Thank you for taking the time to read the above I will be posting timelapses of the pushups so you can follow along. However due to work requirements I will be completing this challenge before the dates of the challenge, all pushups will be recorded and placed into the progress tracker as soon as possible.
