About Our Challenge
Please come and join JEWOSU and SWD in The Push-Up Challenge from 3-26 June 2026, as we would love for you to join our community teams. The Challenge is to complete 3,307 push-ups over 24 days, which represents the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in 2024. Sound like too many push-ups? That's okay, alternatives to push-ups are allowed- think squats, lunges or sit-ups or aim dor the half target.
The intention is to have teams of no more than 10 members randomised between the workplaces. You may aim for the 3,307 as a team or individual within the team but to help encourage some friendly competition, there is a leader board.
The conduct of fundraising for this challenge is purely optional, you may choose to participate to solely support awareness. Please be aware JEWOSU donated to this charity on our last out of uniform day
You mav also download the App on your personal device to help keep track and there will also be posters placed around the PED lockers with QR codes.
