About My Challenge
Hi everyone,
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia, and to honour the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024.
I'll be raising funds for Lifeline, one of the most widely-used mental health services in Australia who help support people at their lowest points, providing 24/7 phone, text and online crisis councelling.
Any donations are greatly appreciated and go towards a great cause that helps Lifeline continue to support the more than 1 million requests for help in Australia annually. You can make a tax-deductible donation on my page.
