About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Anyone that knows me, knows im very open and wear my heart on my sleeve. I encourage people to talk and have felt ive always been able to help people get through anything at all they may be battling, or at least guide them in the right direction by giving them advice or perhaps tools they've never thought of using before. Im working on my own mental health each day. Its been quite loud lately and probably my biggest battle yet, so i wanted to set a challenge for myself while i can. I want to do this for myself and for some others which ill keep their names private. I feel blessed to be here so out of respect to the ones we've lost, and our loves ones battling right now, im taking this on to raise more awareness. Lezgooo 💪🫶

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
