About My Challenge
I’m completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
This isn’t just a fitness challenge for me. Mental health has shaped parts of my life in ways that aren’t always visible things like constant tension, disrupted sleep, and periods where even simple things feel heavier than they should. It’s something I’ve had to learn to manage quietly, while still showing up for work, relationships, and life.
Exercise has been one of the few things that consistently helps me stay grounded. It gives me structure, clears my head, and reminds me that I’m still in control of how I move forward. That’s a big part of why I chose this challenge.
Mental health struggles don’t always look obvious, and a lot of people deal with them in silence. If this challenge does anything, I want it to start conversations and remind people they’re not alone in it.
If you’d like to support, any donation, big or small goes toward helping others who are dealing with similar challenges.
Supporting Lifeline Darling Downs & South West QLD
Lifeline Darling Downs and South West Queensland is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness of mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Funds raised will help us continue providing vital face-to-face crisis support, suicide prevention services, and essential community programs. Your support helps to empower people and build stronger, more resilient communities and importantly ensures that more people across the Darling Downs and South West Queensland can access the help they need when they need it most.
