About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia and to acknowledge the lives that were lost to suicide in 2024.

Whilst we know that mental health affects everyone differently and to differing degrees, we can't argue with the suicide statistics. On average, we will lose 9 people to suicide every single day in Australia - 7 of these deaths will be men.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page: proudly supporting Lifeline Narrm's Voice Crisis Support services for 13 11 14.

If money is tight - that's absolutely fine: that's life. You can start a conversation with anyone you know about this important so no one suffers in silence.

Supporting Lifeline Narrm VIC

Lifeline Narrm is proud to be a beneficiary of this year’s Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Narrm and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on our local community.

Funds raised through this challenge enable Lifeline Narrm to continue providing critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker calls, and ensure any person in Melbourne and across Australia who needs support know where and how to find it.
