About My Challenge
I am completing 1625 push ups to support anyone who is struggling mentally. I want to say that we are all here for each other, so take initiative. Ask your loved ones if they are ok, tell them how much you appreciate them. With every gesture, you may be helping someone achieve a happier and healthier life. "Behind each sweet smile there might be a bitter sadness that no one can ever see and feel".
