This year, the team from HQ 5 Bde will be suffering through bulk push ups to raise money for an excellent cause. Our work is all about serving the community, and what better way to do it than raising money for the services that help those in their time of need!

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
