About Our Challenge
For too long have our arms known only the burden of paperwork and brew cups… but no more! This June, we rise—not to war, but to the ground! Push-up by humble push-up, we shall defy gravity itself in the name of charity. You may take our time… you may take our comfort… but you’ll never take our upper body strength! So steel your cores, brace your shoulders, and prepare to sweat like warriors of legend—because every rep brings us closer to glory… and slightly less embarrassing PT scores. Onward… to the floor!
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting Lifeline Bondi NSW
Lifeline Eastern Suburbs - Bondi is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Bondi to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
