About Our Challenge
We work with and for young people aged 12-25 in the Southern Suburbs! headspace Onkaparinga supports young people with mental health, physical health (we have a youth friendly, bulk-billed GP available on Tuesdays!), alcohol and other drug counselling (thanks Mission Australia) and so many other things going on in their lives.
Our Youth Reference Group guides what we do, and Push Up Challenge Funds allow them to create amazing events and opportunities for young people!
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Onkaparinga
headspace Onkaparinga provides early intervention mental health support for 12-25 year olds in the Southern Adelaide area. The team work with young people, their friends, families and communities to destigmatize mental health and increase knowledge of mental wellness. headspace Onkaparinga's beautiful beachside location has recently expanded to provide better support to the Southern Adelaide community, with access to a bulk billed GP, an Alcohol and Other Drug counsellor, Peer Practitioners and other headspace Workers. headspace Onkaparinga is guided by their Youth Reference Group of volunteers who shape every aspect of the centre.
