About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Maitland
At headspace Maitland, we support young people aged 12 - 25 in our community. Young people can access mental health support, a GP at our centre, and online work and study support. Donations made to headspace Maitland will help us reach even more young people in our area and run more events like our social groups.
