In June, our headspace Bentleigh community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of early help-seeking and looking after your mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace Bentleigh
headspace Bentleigh helps young people aged 12 to 25 with free or low-cost support for mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drugs, or work and study. The centre also provides headspace Early Psychosis, a specialist program that supports young people who are experiencing an early episode of psychosis or are at risk of developing psychosis. Donations will help fund projects and groups that encourage early help seeking and increase social connection.
