About Our Challenge
This June, our team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, completing a whole lot of push-ups between 3–26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
The staff here at headspace Ashfield are working together because we are extremely passionate about young people having greater access to free, timely mental health services. Every day, we see how important it is to reduce barriers, break down stigma, and make sure young people can get support when they need it — without long waits, without judgment, and without cost being a barrier.

Supporting headspace Ashfield
headspace Ashfield provides services to young people aged 12-25 in the areas of mental health, general health, drug and alcohol support, and work and study support. These services are primarily delivered on a 1:1 basis, plus a range of group activities are also offered, from clinical group support sessions which could focus on anxiety or stress, through to fun social or skill-based sessions, which all support young people's mental health and wellbeing. headspace Ashfield staff are a passionate group of youth-focused professionals, who are dedicated to improving the lives of young people and seeing them grow and thrive!
