About Our Challenge
This June, the headspace Elsternwick team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge from 4–26 June 2025, knocking out hundreds of push-ups to raise funds for an exciting new project — our youth-led community garden!
This calm, welcoming space will offer young people visiting our centre a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with others through fun activities and group gatherings.
