About Our Challenge
This June, headspace Elsternwick community is taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness for mental health and honour the 3,249 lives lost to suicide in 2023.
Join our community by creating a team, joining one, or supporting someone taking part — and help us #PushForBetter mental health outcomes.
headspace Elsternwick supports young people aged 12–25 with free or low-cost mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, and work and study services in a safe, friendly space.
Funds raised will help bring our youth-led community garden to life — a peaceful place for young people to relax, recharge, and connect.
