About Our Challenge
This June, the headspace Beaudesert team is taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health!
Together we'll be completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June while helping spark important conversations about mental health and wellbeing in our community.

Supporting headspace Beaudesert
Young people aged 12 to 25, as well as their family and friends, can visit headspace Beaudesert for support. headspace provides free, confidential health services to young people with key focus areas of mental health, alcohol and other drugs, as well as education and employment support.
