What a fantastic cause ! We’re super proud of you x To make the push-ups a bit more fun, try doing them to “Bring Sally Up” (from the song Flower by Moby). When they sing “Bring Sally up” you push up, and when they sing “Bring Sally down” you lower yourself and hold. It’s a fun challenge.
