We believe in building strength not just in the body, but in character, discipline, and community. That’s why we’re proud to be apart of the The Push-Up Challenge - an initiative that brings Australians together to improve physical fitness while raising awareness and funds for mental health.
Karate and The Push-Up Challenge share powerful common ground. In karate, progress is built on consistency; showing up, putting in the repetitions, and striving for incremental improvement. The Push-Up Challenge mirrors this philosophy: one push-up at a time, one day at a time, building resilience and strength through discipline and commitment.
We see this challenge as an extension of our dojo values: discipline, resilience, and community. We are excited and proud to raise awareness for better mental health for all Australians.
