About My Challenge

I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge again this year — 3,307 push-ups in 24 days.

Not because it’s easy.
Because it works.

The first time I did this, I thought it was about fitness.
By the end of it, I realised it was about something far less comfortable — discipline, consistency, and what happens when you choose not to negotiate with yourself.

That alone would be reason enough to come back.

But there’s an even better reason.

We are losing too many men to silence.
Too many to pressure they don’t speak about.
Too many to battles they fight alone, and lose.

That’s not acceptable.

So this is my third year showing up — for myself, and for something that actually matters.

If you’re reading this, you’ve got two options:

Join me.
Step into something that will test you — and change you.

Or support it.
Every dollar goes toward improving mental health outcomes and backing services that are desperately needed.

Either way, don’t just scroll past.

Do something ❤️
