Georgia Hogan

Every push-up counts. Every conversation matters.

I’m taking on the 2026 Push-up Challenge for the people silently carrying more than others realise. Behind the smiles and routines, people are fighting battles that we know nothing about. Mental health struggles don’t always look obvious, and too many people feel that they have to face them alone.

This challenge is more than fitness - It’s about raising awareness, encouraging conversations and reminding people that asking for help is strength, not weakness. If this challenge can help even one person feel seen, supported, understood or less alone, then every single push-up matters!

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney

Lifeline Macarthur and Wester Sydney is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
