Throughout the challenge, Gallasch students and staff will work together to complete push-ups, build House spirit and raise awareness for mental health. Every push-up completed contributes to our House total as we compete to become the Hills Push-Up Challenge Champions.
The Push-Up Challenge is a national initiative that encourages Australians to learn about mental health, start important conversations and support one another. While fundraising opportunities are available through the challenge, there is no expectation for Beaumont families to donate. Our focus is on participation, wellbeing, education and House pride.
Together, we're aiming to get active, support each other and push for better mental health outcomes for all Australians.
