Fam HIIT's Push Up Challenge - extra credit 💪
We're Fam HIIT Squad, a family who love encouraging people to exercise together - for your body, your mind, and the people around you.
And so as a team, Sven, Amber, Odin and Loki are taking on The Push-Up Challenge, which means in addition to any workouts during the day, they will have to do another 3,307 push-ups over 24 days — one for every Australian life lost to suicide in 2024.
Mental health hits close to home for a lot of us. We train together because we know movement matters — not just physically, but mentally. This challenge is an extension of that.
We've chosen to raise funds for Lifeline Northern Beaches because Amber volunteers there as a telephone crisis supporter, and she gets to experience the incredible service that Lifeline provides to everyone in our community - anytime people are in crisis and have no one else to talk to.
