This June, Doug's Dojang is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Rockhampton
At headspace Rockhampton, we provide free, confidential support for young people aged 12-25, including mental health services, work and study support, drug and alcohol counselling, access to dental health check ups and a Nurse Practitioner, as well as a variety of community awareness and education programs.
By donating or joining our team, you’ll help us grow our centre and expand our programs to support more young people in our community.
