My challenge
I'm completing 1,607 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
I want to challenge myself and also want to raise awareness for mental health. You're probably thinking, 'Why should I donate my hard earned money to this kid??' Well, this is why; all money earned will go to headspace, a national youth mental health foundation, which you will find is a very suitable foundation to donate to. Another reason why is that I will complete the pushups required daily, which is a hard promise to keep! So, those reasons are why you should donate you're hard earned cash to a amazing foundation!!
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Let's help raise awareness for Mental health!!
Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
