About Our Challenge
My Dad was an amazing man and we are dedicating this challenge to him.
He was a role model to many people and always made sure both men and women understood it was okay to feel all their emotions and even more so it was okay to cry.
Now more then ever people need to look after their physical AND mental health. My dad would always tell me to "rub some dirt in it" if I had a scrape or a bump, but something that never applied to was mental health.
This is the way to get involved physically, Dad was a huge fitness fan playing footy for pretty much his whole life and did this challenge at least once so feel free to join and do the challenge with us xx
