About Our Challenge
Team,
In June, we’re taking part in a push-up challenge to help raise awareness and funds for mental health. Our goal is to complete 3,300 push-ups across the month, which works out to around 120 push-ups a day. We’re also aiming to raise $1,000 as a team, so we’re asking everyone to get involved, spread the word, and see what support you can conjure up from family, friends, and your wider network.
This challenge is about more than just push-ups. In our line of work, mental health matters. Our drivers spend long hours on the road, our operations teams deal with pressure from every direction, and life can get heavy for all of us at times. Sometimes the best thing we can do is zoom out, move the body, have a sweat, and remember what really matters.
This is a challenge for everyone. Do what you can, contribute where you can, and support each other along the way. Every push-up and every dollar counts.

Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
