About My Challenge
EDIT: I've almost reached 50% of my fundraising target and we haven't started yet! So I'm going to up my game, not least because we're 'allowed' to do things like squats as an alternative. So instead of choosing the 50% option, I'm upping to 3214, push-ups or similar, representing each person lost to suicide in Australia in 2023 
I'm completing 1,607 (EDIT: 3214!) push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. That's a bit bonkers given I'd rather be riding my motorcycle in my spare time! But there's been 3 suicides in my close family, including my Mum and Nanna, so these kinds of charities are always close to my heart. Suicide affects everyone, regardless of the relationship that you have with the victim.

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
