About My Challenge

I'm putting my shoulders, chest and core on the line for a cause that needs our attention. Over 24 days, I’ll be completing 3,307 push-ups (guidelines says we can substitute crunches or squats laughing) to raise funds and awareness for mental health across Australia.

For me, this challenge highlights a critical issue in our corporate culture. It's time to move past the superficial lip service of one-off awareness days and start addressing real workplace environments—including the lack of coaching for managers whose behaviors actively harm employee wellbeing. I'm a firm believer in being your own strongest advocate when it comes to mental health, and participating in this challenge is my way of taking action.

Every dollar we raise goes directly toward funding essential mental health services and initiatives that #pushforbetter outcomes.
